I want to balance normal mode, because that's the mode meant to be played (and has ever been).

Do you think only hb is fun because we call it a fun mode? On Northrend there are many games based on 3k and no hb and i think the ppl play because it is fun. And if somebody wants to play another mode he can do that. The only point is other modes may not be as balanced as normal mode is.
