Random Tank

I always random a tank these days and it seems very biases against light tanks for some reason. I think the random number generator is messed up cause I almost never get light tank. In addition, I'd like to see shredder and lightning tank show up as random options when in 5k mode.
Btanks fan since version 4US
I don't know why it happened by I can fix it! |
