You'll join the league by simply playing games on the Battle.net hosted by the LeagueBots, and each players stats will automatically be transferred and saved on a league page/website.
We have a scoreboard site currently, visible for the Beta Team, but that's not the league page we're announcing probably soon.
As the name says, it's a league beta, the league you are referring to is coming after.
PS: The current league site reflects the old league, ignore that.
