this is mostly to deal with people that were waiting forever and went AFK
instead of remaining as a pilot without a tank in the game, have the AI automatically kick in at 5 min wait, and randomly choose a tank and weapons.
at least this way gold it's not being wasted away, and people wont have to force a kick, and when the guy in AFK actually comes back he/she will not be so damn far behind the game like lvl 10 vs lvl 1
there are many nice team that don't mind waiting for the AFK guy to return
but usually people that abuses the kick will start kicking people in less than 2 min if they have not chosen a tank
