just try this proggi:

blamestar hotkey tool

with it you are able to set hotkeys for your mouse too!!!!
(i use my 2 additional key on the side of the mouse for 2 inventory slots... for heal and teleport Tongue )
its small, works nice and can be de- or activated with the pausebuttonSmile
