Tank Cannon Guard

all guard skills are now usable without being rooted, but are not as effective like while using rooted. except the tank cannon. so i suggest to replace the tank cannon with one of the suggested solutions only while the guard is rooted and let the tank cannon for players who doesnt root.
best solutions for everyone i think
