When running many games this command may introduce a lag/spike in the other running games. That's why it's not used or allowed for the players. Or do you want to have lags in your game just because in other games/lobby players are spamming the !from command?

Even if we would transmit this info to the bot it would be much info in a short period of time. Additionally you won't know the exact teams before the countdown has finished.
