A solution to feeders - please read!

i wanna have the kill-death-ratio instead of 1505+ points on rannked bots.
because: there are alot of players that dont have the 1505 points (like me) but also dont wanna play with the noobs.
so i have the decision between playing with the noobs which destroy a game and hope to get in 10 years the 1505 points or i create a new acc and restart league

btw: can u del an account if someone wanna play anymore or maybe restart league ?!
