The ability to buy troops from an enemy CP is absurd.

not absurd, but very hard or impossible to counter if used well..

i think the possbility to buy it at own cps only would be more logic.

Seriously: How can anyone find that hard to counter? If your reaction time is not absurdly slow you get troops yourself, kill him, and stay alive. It's a huge risk doing those troop rushes on opponents cp as well.

Also: If you are in an at least decent team you will be supportet even before such a situation occurs anyway.
