I'm only stating the ability to buy re-inforcements from any enemy station just does not make sense.

I think you should only be able to use what you bring with you.

As for 'reaction' time you're not taking into account the scenario where they already bought and deployed 2 sets of troops before you've even teleported in. You're dead before you can buy if it's early game.

I should also mention that my reaction time is better than my ping; so everything action takes twice as long for me.
