The "evil freeze hacker" sounds to me like it's in you pc and the name is evil driver or something like that

Don't think you got hacked. It's more likely you have something on your pc that's not running correctly. My first steps would be to update drivers and programs that come with a driver (for example daemon tools with the lovely SPTD driver which caused freezes years ago on one of my systems).
