Set armor requirement for techmech

I challenge you because You are more concerned than a "average player" and it seems quite ilogical that you don't see how to counter it and the mathematical logic that makes that doing a meck can cost a lot too.

Concerning the new players, they also complains about "imba long range", "imba low range", "imba telep", "imba tinker" and many stuff.
So my point is that I d rather see players who know more the game to give their point of view and experiment to see the problem of balancing. (so my "challenge" is more a way to experiment it with you)

Why less people play btanks?
Less people play war3. People play sc2. People are bored of it? Many reasons. This version of november is probably the most balanced one.
People don't stop playing a game because it is not balanced, but because they don't get fun in it anymore ^^
