Generally I'm against weapons with very low cooldown cuz they are not really living up to their dps count if you take the 0.01 sec hardcoded disadvantage with several types of weapons in combination you might experience that your dps is doing 3-12% less than it should do, depending on the speed and the range you are from the target the weapons won't fire at the 0.01 buff threshold.
