There's a basic problem here: as long as the option to turn on sharing is included in the game, it cannot be considered "illegal" or cheating, it's an option some may like and other's don't. In Battle Tanks, there's no central institution for establishing rules of what is acceptable and what is not, unlike in DotA, where you've got the TDA rules you can pretty much always call on. They have precise rules of what is considered pooling/boosting and what is not, as you cannot give money to another player, but you can give almost any item to another player. Thus, there are two possible consequences, imho: either the option is taken out of the game, if a considerable number of players here want it out, or you would have to ask the host whether or not sharing will be enabled before each game starts. But as long as the option's there, you cannot automatically assume that it has to be disabled, else it would be senseless ;-)
Of course it's lame if you're up against a Big Tank from the start on, but it's not cheating.
