ELO calculating in team balance

in my view there are a few good points for example here is one a player with 1750 elo gets a player 1350 elo which in term should balance the game problem is the 1350 elo player can be good as a 1500 elo player on the other team which terminates or reduces balance.

I believe prog has some very valid points and another is the elo system is working to certain extent because its always the same people ranked at top or near it.There are always going to be odd games i belive there is very little we can do to improve but i think kd ratio is a good indicator on how a player plays sometimes i get 1400 elo player i see he still has positive kd ratio and plays like 1500 elo player which is great for me.

A few things i noticed elo can be under or overstated for a player
Elo does not take into account a high elo player having a bad game (keep in mind to have a high elo you should usually play consistently good to reach 1650+) obviously can ruin balance of game
Elo cant take into account smurfing or new accounts
Elo does reflect how sometimes you get 1450 elo players ones played 5 games and is terrible from 5 losses there other has 1000 and is equal to 1550 elo player at times (keep in mind this theory can be vice versa and so on)
