Nah it's not about who tip it first, and i agree with stibi to say that's it's an agreement between players.
There are 2 lanes, and most of games there is no problem to know who get lane and who go mid. And in a game there is always a winner in lane and a looser, and same in mid, not matter how skilled are the players. The aim of playing is to have fun, not to fight about who gets the lane or not.
Thats not my problem
now im "spaming" top or bot... thats the same. And if the one with the slower pc is lucky enough he can take the other lane. If the player who typed -bot or -top first want too change after gamestart he can do this. There is no problem.
