I'm not sure what to vote on.
If you set it up like ladder system, the teams must almost be prepared. So mostly this ladder system could fit for the battle tanks clans and other teams that unites, also more foolproof. Also will perhaps prevent noob like liga matches.
On the other hand it will prevent random liga games, the teams are mostly highly competeive and skilled in this way.
, and it's to much work to register a liga game. To much preperations.
