It's not a really a bug, but rather an ugly workaround. This is what the fix looks like for the bug that the Goliath used to lose all mana upgrades after he used the Offroad Engines.
When the duration ends, the Goliath loses the upgrades and then they are reset, so he gets them back. The Goliath doesn't lose or gain any mana in the process, it just looks kinda ugly. I can try to reduce the delay with the reset, but I can't promise anything.
