Like the previous BTT we (bt staff) are not going to organize it. We will help, as we helped olivercamel (who did an awesome jobs organizing those BTT) announcing such a tournament, probably offering an dedicated bot therefore and helping out as referees etc.
But know this, organizing such a tournament requires some kind of baby-sitting, running behind the people participating, reminding them about deadlines and appointments and much much patience.
