I totally not agree with you. The only thing you explain is that your opponent was more skilled than you. I mean raider is hard to play well, but as all tanks, when it is well played it's getting really hard to beat. The healing spell of that tank takes 6 seconds to heal, which give you more than enough time to make a kill. This isn't about a bug at all.
