When using Negator Pack inside Hunter Ulti and or Cloud the Cooldown starts but nothing happens. Happens to me 2 times - replay first time around 50min and second time around 1hour i guess.

Freezing Missile (Architect) just stops following enemy (no Teleporter used). At 1h 18min.
