I disagree. The -giveup revoke command is needed, because sometimes you want to giveup (thus typing -giveup) but your teammates don't. I've had this situation a number of times in the early- to midgame. Perhaps after another hour of gameplay your team is performing well but some jerk types the last -giveup and your game would instantly end. This is why there is a 10sec delay, so you are then remembered that you might overthink your decision from the past, where the situation may have been different.
Deciding to waste your money in the last 10secs is a very stupid desicion and should not be considered at all. The only change I propose is the wording of the giveup message. It might be better to hint on the possibility that they can change their minds, i.e. by telling "x Force has decided to giveup, but they might change their mind within the next 10secs"
