I like your wording better, but I think it's good to tell people how the commands work, because not everyone knows (and I'm not even sure if you can read up on it anywhere other than old btanks changelogs)
P.S.: Afaik at the moment you can just use -giveup whatever to revoke the giveup, I think that should also be changed, as some people like to do things like "-giveup now please" and then suddenly revoke instead of giving up
Anyway, +1 for changing the wording from me.
