How should the kicksystem work?

I might have to think about a different afk detection algorithm (and then keep quite about the workings, so people can't actively abuse it!). I'll think about it, but it won't be in the next version yet.

Isnt it more effective to make players kickable all the time then to get better and better algorithms? There are so many ways to damage your team, and YES people who are pissed trying at least their best to ruin a game instead of just leaving.
Ofcorse people will start useless kickvotes against people who does not deserve it but you only do no vote against this people and its fine!
Imho please!, isnt it better to be able to kick retards fu**ing up a game then letting an "algorithm" decide if hes doing something wrong?
