why dont you just enter another rule to this thread http://btanks.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=368 something along the lines "if an admin is present at a game and you break a rule you will be banned without further notice" to prevent this kind of threads.
Because no matter how you present it the admins are wrong in this matter if they dont follow the right procedure which they made in the first place.
