Not at all, it happened a year ago and was fixed and happened again 1 times recently in a game i played : anyone can port in any cp at any time. Nothing to do with beacons. But it happens once in 200 games, so it's hard for map developers to find what is going on...

@Tester : you should share a replay if you find a bug in a game.
