How is it unfair?
You should realise many games are ruined from disconnect i believe pretty much every game with a leaver ruins the game, secondly this is in place to discourage leaving and also having 100+ Penalty points (I think) means the system recognizes you as someone who leaves or disconnected far to often just remember there are 10 players as soon as one person leaves it ruins it for the other 9 players.
I understand you might have disconnection issues but everyone should take some responsibility if they know there likely to disconnect not to play or test there connection in another wc3 game.
