Raider Spell Bug

The first spell of raider, the lightning one, is bugged. When I try to make second lightning Q doesnt work and it forces you to cancel the spell. I couldn't select the enemy tank several times cause it stuck somehow.
First time is okay but not the second time when u try stack and take damage. |
