Since most things are already answered by bob the man himself, i only want to add:

1) please register on these forums, so you can read all posts considering bugs, tactics, clans,...

That way you will also be able to answer in the appropriate topics about each problem you have, that way it might be fixed even faster

2) when you are busy registering, also register for the league on the main page (http://www.btanks.net) so you can join ranked league games.
