i just played a game (custom, no tinker), where everyone's level was resettet to 1 after he bought a new tank. we thought it's the no tinker mode, but dunno at all. however, it was a quite funny game, and the infernal was nerfed a lot

we also used -leaverai, cant remember (havnt noticed the bot playing, killing or dying), so i think it didnt work properly.
