Skill teleport first, then reconstruct. Don't skill the useless explosive skill, level 1 or 2 on emp skill is quite useful to use.
I disagree with you, due to the fact that i think reconstruct is not that important, but explosive skill is really one of the most important ones (with teleport). The main reason is, that as an exploder you have to keep your bounty as low as possible (that's why you should never buy a teleporter, or upgrade your explosives while you could kill your enemys without that upgrade). I liked playing exploder + explosive -> factory, but that isn't possible any more (which i really don't like), becouse it adds a permanent income to your kills. Up to now i didn't try exploder in 8.36 often enough to be able to give really good advices, but generally its important to know if and where your enemys placed teleport brakers and imagine the range quite correctly to adept your teleporting, or if you can't, switch to helicopter with explosives, or sell explosives to switch strategy at all (which you have to do against well playing opponents - that's why i rarely use exploder against those).
