Burning sand - fun sandbox game
Powder game - fun sandbox game. a bit simple / limited. But it features air pressure so you can make bombs n stuff.
Kotsoft's stuff - 17 year old making smoother particle hydrodynamics based sims. large scale fluid simulations.
OE-Cake - octave engine is used in tekken 4 for the water. It is a next-gen simulation engine.
