Hmm... interesting:)
I think 3rd upgrade on "update speed" item would be nice(+50 speed) to achieve +200 speed.
But speed pack itself would not give 200 speed but only 150. And this would be a matter of question - to bu speed pack, buy update speed lvl 3 or waste one slot for extra 50 speed and teleport.
BTW: I think Trader Hunter Pack should maximize your speed and give +(250..300) temporary speed bonus instead of 150.
