[8.51] Tinker ultimate serversplit

When you have level 2 of the Tinker's ultimate (Engineering Upgrade) it changes to the default "face" icon and the tooltip just says "Tool tip missing!". If you then select this when levelling up a serversplit occurs (everyone goes clientside). If you have -lai on everyone else stays as AI. This happens if any client or the host does this.

The problem could be we're running Warcraft III TFT v1.21b instead of 1.22.
