Offtopic: No new features? Pure bugfix version?

What about an active system which shows damage done by tanks. Only enabled by the host. I made one for a bs map: http://13attle.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=34 (I'm aware that code is just converted GUI, and nothing done with it)
