what?!

One has high damage, low range, fast attackspeed --> upgrade --> high damage, medium range, fast attackspeed = Fan of Knives
One has high damge, medium range, low attackspeed --> upgrade --> high damage, medium range, fast attackspeed = Fireball

Similiar? Are you serious?
They have a completely different strategy requirement.
How can you say they are the same when Fan of Knives is low range without upgraded and Fireball shoots hell slow.
Ever tried massing Fan without upgrade? Good DPS - if you don't care about the low range it is only a benefit for you.
