I use fan of knives only at the start and never Fireball, because I imagine I can creep better with faster fire rate and lower starting range. I buy it for scout and light tank.

I think I won´t start with a 650 Range weapon except for demolisher, because you have no chance against basic magic or fireball anymore in the very beginning.
