Kinda suck when you cannot do static charge when hit&run is active. This is a bug right?
There's still some times new players experience this and don't understand its happening and repeat the action until they understand its a bug. It's counter-intuitive.
Now the normal is that its useless in combo with ulti, but at lv1 and lv2 it cost less mana than cancelling the ability itself. Aborting ulti manually cost 15 mana, having static charge at lv1 cost low mana so it also let you escape with less mana and place/detonate charge. That's a bug too.
