How about a tank that has a negative mana regeneration or does not regenerate mana at all.
1st skill Mana burn.
The generic nuke. Will not do as much damage as typical nukes as its the main use will be preventing enemy tanks from completing skill combos. Will do a multiple of the amount of mana burned as damage
2nd skill Mana heal/Mana shield
I was thinking either a heal or an active/toggle energy shield for the 2nd ability
3rd skill Mana absorption(passive)
When damage is taken a % of it is converted to mana. Might also want to increase damage resistance along with leveling this skill. This is this tank's bread and butter skill as it provides mana for the other skills.
Ulti Mana bomb
Converts all mana into a bomb (that is visible to all players) with a 3 second timer. Does damage based on the amount of mana used to make the bomb. Might have it require a minimum amount of mana to use.
