Stucked the whole other team.

I am not sure if this is a bug or just an evil trick. Anyway, it´s not fair.

Yesterday i´ve played with a guy, he had a schredder and stucked the whole other team with his ulti(they were all ground tanks), they didn´t had teleport or was close to their cp. So we won easily after 20 minuts, cuz there were no one to protect their base.

Is that a thing that is supposed to be able to? or a bug?

They were stucked high up, and they couldn´t get down, or move arund, only circling around themself.
