Well I think (only my opinion) that the old killing spree system was good enough and would balance games a lot more now that bounty depends on gold won. It would force player to attack to get more gold, but still taking the risk to die and give more gold too.
I stick with the idea that the 2 systems in the same time would be too much.
I like the idea of promoting killing sprees on multikills. That's why I suggest to get back to old killing spree system. Promote offensive behavior and not camping behavior. I stand with the idea that new killing spree system could (I can't say for sure of course) promote camping behavior.
I know camper don't win most of the time, but let's face it : league is slowly dying and we see a lot of "bad" players who doesn't know how to counter them, and even if you give them some tips, they don't listen to them... And campers just win in the end...
I'm not talking about campers like guangzhou (no offense) who doesn't move from his tower, but campers like carizma for example (again no offense - you all know what I'm talking about)...
