the tc isnt the problem tkf, but it's a problem if the tc is put into a tower or barracs... theses fucking barracks are imba, not the tc.

I agree, while I do believe that some additional restrictions of the sort discussed in the other thread are necessary. Psycho is right though, the real problem in terms of balance are those damn barricades, as mentioned before.

if i wanna play with a hero and creeps i play footy last time: ITS NOT FOOTY if u dont remove it i will quit with bt because its just sucks since u make the creeps strunger the TC becames to imba we have lost a lot of really good player because of some change so if u dont change this i will be the next and i am sure i am not the last one (exo nimms net persönlich)

That sounds good, although it would probably take some time until everybody got it, I already see people trying to buy tc and then leaving with something like "wtf is this shit, I can't buy tc, noob host". Sure, you can tell 'em in advance, but hey, most people on BNet are morons ;-)
But anyway, it would enable hosts to bar the tc from being used until they consider it balanced. Also: the nerfs tc has undergone have improved the situation, but it's shielding power and therefore it's potential power during an attack is still too high, I don't need to cite another example of how you can easily or at least comfortably beat an enemy right at his cp whose firepower/hp/tank cost (at least one of those values) is somewhat higher than your own. The suggestion made by Exodus here sounds good, why not try that one?

-.- leave the troop command as it is. I rarely buy it anyway, fucks up the game anyway in my opinion. I will always use -wc mode to nerf it in my way, in my hosted games.

With tc and fabrics=mass creeps I got more and more long games (more than 2 hours) without fun. Only fighting again creeps and waiting what will be the next time becaus you cant move 10 meters without problems. Its not realy fun.. There was so many changes in the past in reason that all use the same tank or the same weapons. So it was, let me tell, a "standard" ho all had used. If there was so many changes in this reason, I think its better to remove the tc... Its today in each game also a used "standard"..... Anyway, a rebalancing from the troops was testet in older versions.... It was 5.x or 6.x? The result? All had used TC... And after noone had used it..... Whats better? I think the second one... Removing TC will not happen. Neither will the factories be removed cuz they are important to get a foothold. About this creeps issue, I would be happy if there was a no player creeps mode, where players cannot at all buy items that creates creeps, including factories. But mappers doesn't seem to wanna implement such mode. There gonna be some balance changes considering the TC in next version. Perhaps the last change regarding the TC, but I can't say for sure. Like the bounty tweaking, tweaking to long will create a never ending balance circle. So the bounty formula I think will unlikely be changed anymore. _______________
__ I'm quite sure we will face a lot of whining when the TC with 5 troops, with 25 seconds cooldown will come. BUT BE PREPARED FOR THAT MASSIVE WHINE xD.

Well it's far better to lose some players unwilling to adapt to a balanced tc than to have every second game fucked up through royal imbaness (like it used to be before the first nerf) ;-)

the funny thing is, that once we implement a new item it is first not used, then after about 5 versions lots of people find this item imba... so its not even possible to add a balanced item, because if it is, it wont be used...

Making timers on troops summoned by TC is better than no timers. In terms of nerfing and balancing that is.

Well it's very improbable to insert a new item which is balanced right away, a lot of new skills or items are subject to minor or major changes in the succeeding versions. That's always been the case with DoTA as well, new heroes naturally are often imba since it is very hard for the developer(s) to think of every possible way of exploiting an attribute; adjustments are consequential once somebody found a way of using an item in a way that brings its imbaness to light. That's inevitable, don't take our complaints amiss, it's not personal, I for my part am just trying to contribute so that BT can be improved.

With pleasure!! I already understand that troop command requires to be used twice as much as before (in terms of cliking on the item).
