I played a game, i was the scout, and I got the engineer award instead of the tinker! Why not make it so, that some things are not counted as constructed buildings, like the scouts tower.

Right. In "destroyer" award theyre count too.

Scout towers could be counted separately and in the game end added to 'destroyer' and 'engineer' rewards with coefficient 1/4 or 1/3 rounded down.
