Loading control points

I just wanted to know how the hell did you make those loading things above the control points ???
Is it a model ? Please can you give me the name of it?

its an floating text, think, with lots of "|"s
yoiu can make a "|" with AltGr+(The Button with "<" and ">")

Also in lower graphic WC3 or openGL mode (its terrible) you can clearly see each bar

Whether you can see a solid bar or the single characters depends on your screen resolution. I think starting with 1280x1024 you'll see the single characters instead of the bar. You can change this by decreasing the font size of the floating text. But then you won't see anything on low resolutions, like 800x600.
