rework -giveup

i really like the new style the -kick command is done. that popup is really annoying.


what about reworking the -giveup too? either with -yes and -no votes, or everyone in a team has to type -giveup. the popup box can really make me angry sometimes (pops up when i want to cast my ulti -> middle CP lost tightly)

Same for me. I even experience to give up when I didn't want to, when I wrote and hit enter when that dialog appeared! Resulting that we gave up against my own will
