owkey i don't know exactly if this is a bug but in a battlenet game an enemy could build a laser tower at one of our cp's and the tower could conquer the point

I like it. It make the game playable for weak-and-fast-tanks-with-lots-of-money-for-building-a-tower-to-take-a-control-point

Just think it like that: it is a neutral control point that you own at start. But it can be taken by anyone with any means. Because your tower makes it un-capturable, thus, his tower can capture it...
