[8.42] Guard's hatural healing tooltip error

Minor info bug:

On prelearn info, it shows 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25%.

But when you learn it, the following it showed on these levels.

lv1: 20 hp healed pr sec, 5% magic reduction
lv2: 40 hp healed pr sec, 10% magic reduction
lv3: 60 hp healed pr sec, 5% magic reduction
lv4: 80 hp healed pr sec, 0% magic reduction
lv5: 100 hp healed pr sec, 5% magic reduction

I think it was something like this, but the point is that the lv3, 4 and 5 is shows wrong info.
I discovered this when I was updating the tanks and items forum for balance changes.

ok, 2 minor spelling things to add.


the trade master offers a troop commander. its only troop command.
in the loading screen, there seem to be 2 spaces before "join the league...."

not the most important bugs i know :mrgreen:
