The Goblin Trader - the miner dude who stand close to the blacksmith have few mines to sell, but they are damn powerful and expensive. He does also have some additional items to sell.
All mines are detonated by proximity of tanks/air tanks or triggered by minedefuser. Mines can be used unlimited and has some cooldown before you can use them again.
Mines
Cost: 2500
Full dmg: 1600 within 200 range
Half dmg: 800 within 400 range
Heavy Mines
Cost: 5000
Full dmg: 3200 within 200 range
Half dmg: 1600 within 400 range
Huge Mines
Cost: 7500
Full dmg: 4800 within 200 range

Hyperspace Breaker

Lasts 3 minutes. When someone uses teleport inside the range of 1300 close to a placed hyperspace breaker, the afflicted enemy will lose 25% of his hp and become stunned for 2 seconds.
Bomb
Cost: 4000
Tech Requirement: Level 5 attack upgrade
Has 1 charge
A powerful bomb that takes 3 seconds to place, and explodes after 3 seconds after you have placed it. Units closest to the explosion will take 17500 damage less damage further away from the explosion.
Orbital Control
Cost: 5000 - 5 defence upgrade required
Tech Requirement: Level 5 defence upgrade
Gives you control over a orbital bombardment support that can target an area of you designation. Launches 6 random orbital strikes in a small designated area. Each strike does 800 damage to targets within 200 range and 400 damage to targets within 400 range.
