so i dont know if this bug still works but it seems like a great idea or a buyable item. when i was laning bottom in a game a while back i put a telebreaker on the bottom lanes flag point. as some one teleported and got sucked in by the breakers it threw the player max range of his teleport in the opposite direction. I laught at the bug but i wonder if you can creat a telebreaker like that instead of the ones that stun and leave you at the breaker. its can still keep its stun and all would defeat a telelporter trying to cap wait 3 secs and cap.
