Possibly a bug regarding raider, i don't know for sure.
Watch the replay, at exactly 23:20 (slow down before) you can see me (bottom lane) casting electro shocker to the raider at CP and the shocker hits him AND something on the ground, where I cannot even see a health bar. Perhaps it also has to do with the two creeps spawning right after that event.
